Do you do commissions?

Collaboration and commissioned artwork enquiries are welcome.

FRAMING AND MOUNTING

 

What framing options are there? 

If you select the artwork with “NO FRAMING” - This piece is sent rolled safely in a waterproof mailer tube. Then you can take this piece to a local framer of your choice to be easily framed to your own liking. If you are planning on waiting a while to complete framing, I would suggest storing the piece unrolled and laying flat. 

If you select the artwork with “WOODEN FLOATER FRAMED” - Then your piece is professionally stretched and mounted into a Tasmanian oak floater frame with d-rings and hanging wire so it is ready to be hung. 

 

SHIPPING & ORDERS

 

Can you ship original paintings worldwide?

Yes, shipping original artworks around the globe is easy and safe with DHL.

 

How much is shipping?

 

  • Global Shipping UNFRAMED rolled in a mailer tube - $90 AUD

  • Global Shipping FRAMED for pieces under 125cm x 125cm -  $300 AUD

  • Global Shipping FRAMED for pieces over  125cm x 125cm -  $500 AUD

  • Free Local pick up from Caringbah, NSW, 2229, Australia

 

How long will it take for my Artwork to arrive?

Please allow 1 - 2 week shipping time for unframed pieces and 3 - 4 weeks for framed pieces, You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your art print has been shipped.

Please note, If you do have a particular date in mind that you need your piece then please don’t hesitate to email hello@meggallaghercreative.com so we can help work towards this date for you. 

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification advising you of your tracking number along with the freight provider details.

Didn’t receive a confirmation of order?

If you have not received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam/junk mail folder.

RETURNS

 

Can I return my Artwork?

Due to the heavy textural nature of megs art process slight cracks can show up in the layers. These details are celebrated and are not considered a flaw and enhance the beautiful textures of each piece. 

Cancellations to orders can only be made within 24 hours of purchase.

At this point in time I do not accept returns due to change of mind, however if you have any problems with the piece upon receiving , ie damage etc please contact me directly at meggallaghercreative@gmail.com or on whatsapp +61 4 272 25386
